Chao Yin Loong has more than 20 years in the video and network industry. He started his career at MediaCorp Singapore where he implemented the first DVB-T network in South East Asia. He has worked at Cisco Systems implementing various OTT video streaming infrastructure for customers. Currently he is a Technical Solutions Architect with Akamai Technologies helping large media customers architect and deploy a robust streaming architecture from both an application and infrastructure point of view.

Greg Shepherd

Greg has been working with multicast standards and network deployments for over 20 years: in the IETF, in R&E networks as an operator, then with Cisco, Juniper, Procket, then back at Cisco. He has given numerous workshops at NANOG, APRICOT, RIPE, AFNOG, SANOG, AIT, as well as directly with customer engineers. As a Distinguished Engineer at Cisco he directed several advance development projects. He currently co-chairs the MBONED and BIER working groups in the IETF. Greg retired from Cisco in 2020, and is now working part-time back on the Route Views project at NSRC/UofO where his Internet adventure began.

Champika is the ICANN’s Regional Technical Engagement Manager for the Asia Pacific. He is part of ICANN’s Office of the CTO and represents ICANN in Technical, Security, Law Enforcement and Capacity Building forums in the APAC region. Prior to ICANN, Champika held managerial, specialist and liaison roles at the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC), the Regional Internet Registry for the Asia Pacific. Champika started his career with IBM Corporation as a Systems Engineer and later worked in IT industry, academia, research, and training environments in the Asia Pacific. Champika also serves in various technical community groups and committees.

Jamie is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP).
Jamie is an international presenter on an extensive range of topics including incident response, technical, physical, and management security, and has been interviewed for television, radio, internet, and print media.
