Purpose

THNIC is dedicated to creating an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all participants in our events and activities. THNIC promotes fairness, dignity, and integrity in every interaction among the participants across all platforms. Whether in-person or online, our gatherings are designed to be meaningful, engaging, and welcoming to everyone.

Expected Behavior

All participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and demonstrate respect toward others in all THNIC events, regardless of their role or level of involvement. To uphold this commitment, we seek to maintain a space free from the following unacceptable behaviors:

Discrimination, any form of bias or prejudice based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, political belief, religion, age, disability, or other personal characteristics is strictly prohibited. All participants are expected to promote inclusivity and respect for diversity.

Harassment, includes offensive comments that reinforce social hierarchies, disruptive or intimidating behavior, stalking, sexual harassment, unwelcome physical contact, sharing of inappropriate sexual content, and invasion of privacy through unauthorized photos or recordings.

Misbehavior, includes disrupting others or event proceedings, engaging in unsolicited or excessive promotional activities outside designated booth areas, misusing or damaging property, trespassing, theft, or any other antisocial behavior.

Consequences Of Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior by any community member, including speakers, participants, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or other guests, will not be tolerated. Participants who are asked to cease any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. All participants are required to adhere to these rules throughout the duration of the event.

If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behaviour, or have any other concerns, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing event@bknix.co.th. Our staff, who will be clearly identifiable throughout the event, is available to assist any participants experiencing unacceptable behavior. THNIC will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into all reported incidents, treating reports with confidentiality, shared only with those who need to know to address the situation. We are committed to taking proactive measures to ensure a comfortable and positive experience for all participants throughout the event.

THNIC reserves the right, at its discretion and without obligation for a refund (in case of a paid event), to deny participation or revoke access to our events for any individual found to have engaged in unacceptable behavior.
